We all have these days when we feel burnout, we can hardly open our eyes because we are tired.
When getting enough sleep is pretty much impossible because there is so much that needs to be done like kid’s homework, cooking, cleaning, visiting the family, working from home, and more.

These days you’ll feel that you are beyond tired. You are exhausted.

Yes, we ( stay-at-home moms ) can be so tired even when it seems to the outside world like we never do much of anything since we are at home all day!
But, How to stop being lazy and make the most of your day as a stay at home mom.

1- wake up before your kids do:

When I adopted my habit of waking up at 5 in the morning. I feel my whole life has changed to the best. This is my golden 2 hours before the kids wake up.
Spend that time getting ready for the day, working out, showering, or simply relaxing with a cup of coffee.

2- Focus on relationships:

Make your relations with your husband and children as a priority.
It’s easy to forget what you need to do during the day because the moms are always busy. So make a ( to do list) in the beginning of the week that includes some quality time and activities to do with your children and husband. Try to check the list every morning to remind yourself for plan for the day. If you are on top of your game and organised, you will be able to set aside dedicated time with your spouse and family.

3- Prioritize your household chores:

And remember, You need a break…before you break!

5- Put an end to multitasking:

While doing things around the house, don’t text chat with someone or write a blog article. Prioritize your family’s needs before moving on to whatever you want to pursue. The same is true when it comes to spending time with the kids.
