I was eating potatoes either as chips, or roasted, or potato stew for my whole life. But, recently I decided to discover new ways to cook potatoes, and enjoy this humble vegetable with my family.

The best thing about potatoes is that it can be used in a variety of ways. They also considered as a healthy carb. They are high in fiber, low in calories, and include vitamins and minerals.

Add to all of that, potatoes are usually inexpensive, so it is a good option for moms that are meal plans to save money.
