Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo beef with bones (the cut you prefer)
  • 3 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp meat spices
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil of your choice
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Directions:

1- preheat the oven to 250°C. Wash the meat pieces very well, then dry it using paper towels. Marinate the meat with spices and salt.

2- In a large pot, heat 2 tbsp of oil, then add the beef. Cook the beef on high heat, turning it occasionally until well browned, then add 1 cup of water. Cover the pot and let it boil on medium heat until all the water dry.

3- Now add the tomato paste and paprika, stir for 3 minutes.

4- Add the vegetables. Stir the meat with the vegetables for 1 minute until the vegetables have all the flavor of the meat and spices.

5- Move the meat and vegetables to an oven oven pan or baking tray. Add 1/2 cup of hot water to the pot, give it a whisk so that all the flavors will be in the water. Now pour this water on the other ingredients in the oven pan.

6- Cover it with baking sheet first, then almonium foil. Put it in the oven on 250 C° for 50 minutes or until the beef is fork-tender . Remove the aluminium foil and the baking sheet. Return it in the oven for another 5 minutes until brown.

Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve it with white rice or gravy.
