Yes! You can freeze milk. Just pour about 1/2 cup out of your plastic bottle or cardboard carton to allow for expansion, and then place it at the back of the freezer to ensure its temperature remains constant.

Milk can be stored frozen for up to 3 months.
Thaw milk in the fridge to ensure it doesn’t go above 4°C. Shake well before using to return to its smooth texture.
