A few days ago, I ordered an instant pot pressure cooker. I haven’t received the delivery yet, but guess what? I started to search for healthy instant pot recipes, and I saved more than 50 recipes that I want to cook. I think that my instant pot will see very busy days as soon as it delivers to me!!
I decided to share with you 20 vegan instant pot recipes because I love to read several ideas in one post. This makes it easier for the reader to choose a recipe from the list, or save the post to make all the recipes one by one.

What makes me love the instant pot?
From reading other bloggers reviews about instant pot, I found that an instant pot is not just an electric pressure cooker. It sears, browns and sautes food like a stovetop skillet.
It steams delicate items too such as fish, egg and vegetables. It also possible to be used as a rice cooker and You can use it as a slow cooker.
You can use the instant pot to bake bread, cakes and other sweets like custards and cheesecakes.
The best thing with instant pot is that you can cook elaborate meals in less than an hour, while the same meals take the whole day to be cooked in the stove top pots.
